About The Position

Brick House Recovery is a faith-based, community-centered addiction treatment program dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through connection, purpose, and long-term recovery. We focus on treating the whole person, addressing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health, while creating a supportive environment where clients and staff alike can grow. Our team is passionate about recovery, accountability, and walking alongside people as they create meaningful, lasting change. We’re hiring a Licensed Therapist to join our outpatient addiction treatment team in Boise. If you have at least one year of clinical experience and want to deepen your skills in a collaborative, recovery-focused environment, this could be a strong next step. You’ll work with individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges, providing both individual and group therapy while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Idaho licensure (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, MSW)
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience
  • Experience with individual and group therapy, documentation, and case management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using EHR systems
  • Pre-employment drug screening
  • CPR or First Aid certification within 30 days
  • Alignment with recovery principles (lived recovery experience preferred, 18+ months, unless otherwise approved)
  • Must be able to pass an enhanced background check.

  • Familiarity with ASAM criteria and recovery models preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and occasional family therapy
  • Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
  • Maintain clinical documentation in EHR (assessments, notes, discharge summaries)
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups
  • Support clients through crisis situations when needed
  • Maintain a consistent caseload and therapy hours
