About The Position

The Licensed Therapist provides therapeutic services to children and families in Mankato. This role focuses on offering developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed support to children and adolescents while contributing to a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. This is a fully hybrid role, including both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a mental health–related field (counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or similar).
Must be registered with BHHT as LPC, LPCC, LMFT, MFTC, LSW, MSW, or LCSW.
Must be willing and able to provide clinical supervision.

Nice To Haves

Three to five years of experience.
Experience/desire to work with minors/couples/families.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions.
Maintain strong therapeutic rapport with children, teens, and families.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case consultation.
Communicate with parents or guardians as clinically appropriate.
Maintain professional, ethical, and compliant clinical practices in alignment with BHHT and CRS standards.
Demonstrate strong organization, professionalism, motivation, and independence.
