JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Centerstone is seeking a licensed therapist who has worked with populations across the lifespan and preferably has a special interest developing and leading group therapy. Caseload will be a mixture of commercial, Tenncare, & Safetynet payers and is interested working across the lifespan. Applicant is willing to lead groups and is encouraged to lead groups related to their passion. Our facility is brand new and supplies state-of-the-art equipment to our therapists. We are implementing tools for concurrent documentation and enhanced documentation workflow so providers may spend less time documenting while increasing our culture of work life balance. Requirements

  • Ability to successfully utilize computer/electronic equipment and software
  • This position requires a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or related field.
  • Successful applicants should have, at a minimum, course work and/or work experience including clinical internships, in the following topics: treatment and treatment planning, appraisal and assessment of mental disorders, psychopathology, and the use of the DSM in assigning a diagnosis.
  • Must have LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT license.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer candidate to be license eligible in their chosen field.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment
  • Complete timely clinical documentation
  • Create and update treatment plans according to policy
  • Provide therapy services based upon assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis
  • Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face to face settings
  • Keep administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization
  • Respond to needs of clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care
