About The Position

This position is with Western Mental Health Center as a Therapist. We are hiring full or part-time licensed therapists to provide adult and/or child assessments and therapy in an outpatient setting in Southwestern Minnesota. The clinic is expanding, and we are looking for qualified candidates to join our team.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or PsyD
• Excellent verbal, written, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, family, and/or other psychotherapy (within limits of experience and educational background)
• Delivering emergency services as necessary to meet the needs of clients
• Assuming management responsibilities for assigned cases
• Being responsive to Center quality assurance procedures
• Participating in Center peer review and utilization procedures
• Following established procedures pertaining to the maintenance of accurate and complete clinical records
