Rubedo Transitions - a division of Cornerstones of Maine - is excited to announce an opportunity to join our growing team in our Neurodivergent-Affirming Program as a Psychotherapist/ Psychologist/ Therapist/ Clinician/ Counselor (Psy.D, PHD, LCPC, LCSW, etc.) within our residential young adult mental health program. For nearly a decade, we’ve been providing evidence-based, research-driven mental health services to young adults., This role offers the chance to work within an organization that values a compassionate culture, a meaningful mission, and strong opportunities for professional growth. We are seeking a candidate with experience in residential or inpatient settings, particularly with young adults facing significant mental health challenges. Our program is designed to support young adults who are navigating the challenges of transitioning to independence while learning to manage their mental health. We use an integrated therapeutic model, with psychotherapists managing a small caseload of clients and providing individual, group, and family therapy. The therapeutic environment fosters a collaborative, team-based approach, allowing staff to work together in supporting each client’s progress. This position offers an exciting blend of hands-on clinical work and the chance for in-depth exploration and development of clinical skills.   • Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy
  • Maintain small caseload
  • Diagnostics and treatment planning
  • Case consultation and treatment team collaboration
  • Dynamic licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, therapist, clinician, LCPC, or LCSW
  • Minimum 5 years of direct clinical experience working in mental health settings with neurodivergent adolescents and/or young adults
  • Strong understanding of clinical work
  • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required
