About The Position

Seeking a full-time, on-site California licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW therapist! This is a great opportunity to join a great team providing outpatient care at a group private practice located in San Diego County, for a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in outpatient therapy services. This full-time, hourly position (up to 40 hours/week) requires a minimum of two years of direct care clinical experience and offers a competitive benefits package including medical health benefits, paid time off, unlimited flex time, and 401(k)! Requirements

Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, in good standing with the BBS.
Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings.
Proven ability to provide compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans collaboratively.
Strong documentation skills, ensuring accurate and timely client progress records.
Ability to engage in peer consultations and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in crisis intervention using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques is a plus.
