About The Position

Citrus Counseling Services (CCS) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join our Victorville office. This role focuses on providing individual therapy to clients with complex or intensive clinical needs. The therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience with clients who have complex or intensive behavioral health needs.
• Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and knowledgeable in clinical documentation standards.
• Eligible for credentialing with insurance providers.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients with complex clinical needs.
• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach events.
• Contribute to the mission and goals of CCS through your clinical and organizational contributions.
