About The Position

Citrus Counseling Services (CCS) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join our Redlands office. This role focuses on providing individual and couple’s therapy in a supportive, client-centered environment. If you're passionate about helping people strengthen relationships and improve emotional wellness - we’d love to hear from you. Credentialing with insurance providers will begin immediately upon hire to ensure paneling by your start date or shortly thereafter.

Requirements

• Licensed in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing couples therapy, with a strong grasp of relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and communication strategies.
• Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance providers; credentialing will begin immediately upon hire.
• Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and knowledgeable in clinical documentation standards.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and couples therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach events.
• Contribute to the mission and goals of CCS through your clinical and organizational contributions.
