You will have support from other therapists, case managers, a scheduling team, administrators, and a wide range of other medical professionals in our facilities. The Mental Health Department strives to create an inclusive community that fosters teamwork and continuous learning. In addition to a structured orientation process, all newly hired therapists participate in our Buddy Program so you have a designated peer to help you adjust and succeed in your new position. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits. $100,000.00 - $125,987.00 If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. Requirements

Must have an active registration in good standing with the State of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) or Clinical Psychologist.
