Inpatient Licensed Therapist -- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus -- The Windsor-Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is a 159-bed facility located in beautiful Willoughby, Ohio, which is a short drive from downtown Cleveland. Our multidisciplinary treatment team includes board certified psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, licensed social workers, case managers, and milieu and activity therapists. We are looking for a dynamic therapist with Chemical Dependency experience to join our award winning Outpatient staff and facilitate an IOP group for chemical dependency. The Therapist interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities; the Therapist ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with the Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and all other regulatory standards.
