About The Position

Inpatient Licensed Therapist -- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus -- The Windsor-Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is a 159-bed facility located in beautiful Willoughby, Ohio, which is a short drive from downtown Cleveland. Recognized as a Top Performer by The Joint Commission, the hospital provides 24-hour care and serves children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues. Our multidisciplinary treatment team includes board certified psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, licensed social workers, case managers, and milieu and activity therapists. Windsor-Laurelwood also features a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit for adults, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. We are looking for a dynamic therapist with Chemical Dependency experience to join our award winning Outpatient staff and facilitate an IOP group for chemical dependency. The Therapist interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities; the Therapist ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with the Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and all other regulatory standards. Requirements

MSW or Master's degree in Counseling from an accredited college or university.
Candidate must possess a LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC issued by the State of Ohio. to qualify for the position.
Two years previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility with direct experience with group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning required.
