JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides clinical and administrative oversight of a team of bachelor's level staff who are providing direct client care. Under the direction of the Manager, provides hands on supervision and direction to subordinates in the delivery of evidence-based treatment within ethical practices. The leadership style should be one of integration where the whole person is the focus.
Requirements
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.
- Utilization and knowledge of evidenced based interventions.
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
- Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification
- Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
Nice To Haves
- Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
- Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
- Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
- Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
- Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
- Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
- Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.
- Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
