Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Plano, TX team. Requirements

Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
A demonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-based clinical setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
