Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Science (Required)
• Professional Licensure (ALC, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LICSW) - or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred (2+ years a plus!)
• If in recovery, must have 2 years of verifiable sobriety
• Strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to ethical care

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support patient recovery
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate specialized therapy groups like trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, and 12-Step integration
• Maintain timely, clear, and compliant documentation of patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high-quality care
• Educate patients and families on addiction, recovery, and mental health strategies
