About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Antonio, TX. As a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization with over 340 locations, Thriveworks aims to transform mental health care by supporting its team in delivering exceptional care. The company serves over 175,000 clients annually and offers a nationwide hybrid care model. As a W2 employee, clinicians receive comprehensive support including guaranteed bi-weekly pay, paid orientation, annual pay increases, PTO, flexible scheduling, no-show protection, and caseload building within 90 days of credentialing. Additional support covers credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Texas
  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Responsibilities
