We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker ( LSCSW ) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Kansas-based partners. As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health SMI Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more. Requirements
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker ( LSCSW )
- Active Kansa LSCSW license required
- Full-time availability ( 40 hours per week) during CST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

- Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with SmartCare is a plus!)
