The Licensed Social Worker (LSW) oversees the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the Social Services Department within the facility in accordance with current existing Federal, State and local standards. The LSW works directly with discharge planners, family or responsible party to initiate tours of the facility and follow up procedures.
