Requirements

• Degree in Social Services and a current Texas Social Worker license (LMSW or LBSW)
• A passion for person-centered care and advocacy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Social Worker in a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
