About The Position
The VNA Health Group is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Social Worker for Monmouth County. The position would be responsible for providing assessment of social and emotional problems that are, or are expected to be an impediment to the effective treatment of the patient's medical condition or their rate of recovery.
