About The Position

CCCC is committed to professional growth through supervision and peer consultation in a collaborative clinical community. They provide opportunities for clinicians to serve as field faculty for psychology externs, interns, and postdoctoral residents, as well as participants in a post-master’s professional development program for social work and counseling professionals. The psychology internship program is accredited by the American Psychological Association. CCCC fosters a supportive environment focused on development, collaboration, and clinical excellence. They offer flexible part-time and full-time licensed therapist opportunities in their Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia offices and/or remotely from home. Skilled administrative staff handle scheduling and billing, allowing clinicians to focus on client care. CCCC attracts a wide variety of clients and offers early career, mid-career, and seasoned professionals a rich, dynamic, flexible, and supportive professional home to grow and prosper. They also offer additional opportunities for professional growth beyond therapy, testing, and training, including community engagement, client workshops, corporate consultation, holistic wellness retreats, and management roles.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be licensed in Washington D.C., Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions
