About The Position

Cedar Park Group is hiring Licensed Social Workers (LMSW / LBSW) for on-site assignments in a secure state psychiatric hospital in Larned, Kansas . Requirements

• Active Kansas Social Work license as an LMSW or LBSW at time of hire
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
• CPI certification within 30 days of start
• CPR certification within 30 days of start
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, multidisciplinary hospital environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inpatient or psychiatric settings preferred
• 2+ years of social work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Develop and implement discharge plans
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records
• Coordinate with courts, community providers, and other involved parties
• Provide court testimony as required
