Fairhaven is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Licensed Social Worker (LBSW/LMSW) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Sykesville, MD. Job Type : Full-Time In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinically related social services to support the well-being of our residents and their families. Participates in the admission process in collaboration with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. Assesses residents’ psychosocial needs and delivers individualized support services to help enhance their quality of life.

Requirements

Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree OR Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
Minimum of two years' experience in a long-term care setting
Must be licensed in the state of Maryland as a Licensed Social Worker

Responsibilities
