Requirements

PL01 or PL02 Journeyman License (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Respond to residential and/or light commercial service calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
Troubleshoot and repair systems including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service to ensure system reliability
Clearly explain issues, solutions, and pricing to customers to help them make informed decisions
Provide accurate estimates and recommend repair or replacement options when appropriate
Complete same-day repairs whenever possible to maximize customer satisfaction
Maintain a fully stocked and organized service vehicle
Document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and service notes
Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships
Follow all safety protocols, plumbing codes, and company standards
