Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Basic education required.
• Security Experience: Knowledge of security procedures, fire safety, and emergency response.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Professionalism: A polished appearance and demeanor that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Protect and Serve: Identify and respond to security violations, emergencies, and safety risks to ensure the well-being of employees, visitors, and assets.
• Patrol and Monitor: Conduct scheduled and random inspections of premises to detect and prevent unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.
• Emergency Response: Act swiftly during emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and hazardous material situations, until authorities arrive.
• Access Control: Monitor gates and access points, verify identification, as needed.
• Document and Report: Maintain detailed records of incidents, irregularities, and emergency actions to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate: Work closely with local law enforcement and security agencies to address and resolve security concerns.
