Requirements

• Must possess a Class D Security License.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in event security or law enforcement is advantageous.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse individuals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one if required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and perform entry screenings.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions.
• Report security-related occurrences to supervisors or law enforcement.
• Create and maintain documentation of relevant activities and submit to leadership.
