Requirements

• MUST HAVE SPORT CLIPS EXPERIENCE
• MUST HAVE A VALID TX COSMETOLOGY OR BARBER LICENSE
• Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques
• Proficienct in various hair styling techniques, including barbering
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of salon operations, including scheduling, floor coverage, and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Maintain TDLR requirements
• Coach your Stylist Team Members to improve and maximize their skills and professionalism
• Cash management responsibilities - daily sales/deposit accuracy, regular cash bank deposits, discount management and tracking
• Understand Salon Ultimate to track salon's performance - daily/weekly/quarterly/ annual sales
• Complete monthly product/retail inventory
• Attend and participate in performance meetings - bi-weekly and monthly
