Requirements
- Valid Illinois cosmetology or barber license
- At least one year of salon experience preferred
- Eager to grow into a leadership position
- Team-oriented with a great attitude
Responsibilities
- Building and coaching a successful stylist team
- Day-to-day operations including scheduling and inventory
- How to deliver a top-tier client experience every time
- Driving service and retail performance
- Understanding and using salon financials to meet goals
