Requirements

  • You lead with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
  • You excel at developing others and creating a positive work environment
  • You have strong business awareness and understand how to drive salon performance
  • You hold a valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License
  • You can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • You’re comfortable with technology and basic administrative tasks
  • You can read, write, and perform basic math
  • You’re available for required meetings and training, including overnight travel
  • Good close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Comfort standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements
  • Ability to occasionally lift 10–25 lbs.
  • Comfort working around salon chemicals and fragrances

Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily operations and foster a high‑performing team
  • Lead by example by providing exceptional guest services
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate stylists to build their clientele and achieve their goals
  • Oversee profitability, helping stylists learn the business side of salon operations
  • Deliver all haircare services offered by SmartStyle with top‑tier quality
  • Recruit, hire, train, and support team members
  • Handle staff relations, conflict resolution, and client concerns with professionalism
