Licensed Salon Manager
About The Position
Our Sport Clips store in Waunakee is opening soon! We are looking for an experienced Manager & Assistant Managers to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. Our managers typically average $21-35 per hour including base pay, tips, and commission. The management team is also eligible for generous bonuses based on store performance. Your Tips Matter - Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We're proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket. Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
Requirements
- A valid WI cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
