About The Position

Managers typically average $27-$34 hour (Including Base pay and tips).PLUS additional opportunities to earn Manager bonus incentives EVERY pay period! Your Tips Matter - Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We're proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket. Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
