Requirements

• Hold a current CT Journeyman (P2) Plumber license minimum
• 5+ years of experience in residential service plumbing
• Valid driver’s license and clean background
• Value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Service Titan
• Strong customer service/sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide residential plumbing services
• Decide the level of your own income based on performance
• Participate in extensive training and continuous education
• Work collaboratively with a support team for dispatching, estimates, and scheduling
