Requirements

  • Valid residential electrician license for Colorado.
  • Proven track record in residential electrical work, with 3+ years preferred.
  • A commitment to precision, safety, and quality craftsmanship.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and provide exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with smart-home devices, energy-efficient solutions, and the latest electrical technologies.
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver solutions under pressure.
  • Punctual, professional, and dedicated to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle wiring, circuit panels, outlets, and lighting installations with accuracy and care.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently, identifying and resolving problems to restore power and safety.
  • Recommend and implement energy-efficient upgrades, including smart-home integration and renewable energy solutions.
  • Follow all local, state, and national electrical codes to ensure every project meets the highest safety standards.
  • Communicate with homeowners, explaining technical details in clear terms and providing recommendations for maintenance and improvements.
  • Work alongside other team members and contractors to ensure seamless project completion.
