Requirements
- Valid residential electrician license for Colorado.
- Proven track record in residential electrical work, with 3+ years preferred.
- A commitment to precision, safety, and quality craftsmanship.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and provide exceptional service.
- Familiarity with smart-home devices, energy-efficient solutions, and the latest electrical technologies.
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver solutions under pressure.
- Punctual, professional, and dedicated to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Handle wiring, circuit panels, outlets, and lighting installations with accuracy and care.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently, identifying and resolving problems to restore power and safety.
- Recommend and implement energy-efficient upgrades, including smart-home integration and renewable energy solutions.
- Follow all local, state, and national electrical codes to ensure every project meets the highest safety standards.
- Communicate with homeowners, explaining technical details in clear terms and providing recommendations for maintenance and improvements.
- Work alongside other team members and contractors to ensure seamless project completion.
