Success in this role depends on your ability to analyze information independently, apply established procedures, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Requirements
- Valid Washington State Plumbing License (PL01 or applicable residential license)
- Strong residential service plumbing experience
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow structured systems and processes
- Valid WA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- Professional appearance and conduct
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Execute work using established procedures, codes, and best practices
- Analyze system conditions and independently determine accurate solutions
- Present factual, straightforward repair options to homeowners
