Must have at least one year experience as a Licensed Refrigeration Operator or three to five years as an assistant refrigeration operator. Must be able to troubleshoot controls and miscellaneous equipment. Must be knowledgeable in BMS computers. Must possess a current, valid NYC Unlimited Tonnage Refrigeration and Air Conditioning License, CFC License, a G95 for Cutting/Welding, an F97 Standard/Sprinkler Fire Pump; and be working towards a G35 Air Compressor COF and Water Treatment for Cooling Tower. The salary range for the role is $44.52 - $47.52 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
