About The Position

As a Showing Agent, you’ll be the in-person guide for buyers as they tour homes throughout the Orlando area. You’ll work closely with experienced agents, learn proven systems, and gain real-world exposure to what it takes to succeed in real estate — all while building your confidence and skill set. This is more than a support role — it’s a launchpad into a long-term real estate career.

Requirements

  • Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role
  • Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication
  • Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida
  • Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it!

Responsibilities

  • Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one
  • Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics
  • Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences
  • Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience
  • Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role
