Requirements

Active Real Estate license in Illinois
Must join Chicago Association of Realtors and pay annual dues and fees
Real estate sales/leasing experience preferred
Willingness to work on a 100% commission basis
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Must have reliable source of transportation
