Licensed Real Estate Agent (DE) – Zillow Preferred Clients Provided Many teams are seeing their Zillow Preferred client flow slow down right now. The Redux Group is not. We continue to receive a strong volume of inbound Zillow Preferred buyer inquiries and are looking to partner with a select group of licensed real estate agents in Delaware who are ready to work in real estate as a full-time career. These are active homebuyers requesting showings and information now—not cold leads or long-term nurture prospects. Requirements

• Active Delaware real estate license (PA and / or MD a plus)
• Full-time commitment to real estate (no other full-time job)
• Coachable and motivated to grow

Responsibilities

• Attack inbound Zillow Preferred opportunities with urgency and take control from the first conversation
• Move motivated buyers from inquiry to active home search and offer stage
• Partner with our back office team to drive deals from contract to close without friction
• Execute proven conversion systems that turn online inquiries into signed clients
• Actively engage in coaching to sharpen your approach and increase production
• Leverage our marketing and operational support to stay focused on revenue-generating activity
• Know your Wilmington, DE market and guide buyers with confidence when it’s time to act
