LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (GENERALIST) Location: Westmont, IL (Hybrid) Thoughtful, relationship-centered outpatient therapy for clinicians who value clear systems and a collaborative professional community. Role Summary: Generalist Therapist This role is designed for therapists who provide thoughtful, relationship-centered outpatient psychotherapy with adults and/or couples. We welcome both early-career clinicians who are continuing to build confidence and clinical depth as well as experienced therapists seeking a stable, values-aligned group practice environment. Support, consultation opportunities, and professional development are tailored to each clinician’s level of experience, while maintaining clear practice-wide expectations for client care and professionalism.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Active Illinois clinical license (LPC/LCPC, LSW/LCSW, MFT/LMFT, PsyD/PhD)
Early experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical agency or private practice setting
Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
