The Role We seek a compassionate, culturally competence, and skilled psychologist who thirves in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of our community. As a full-time or part-time Licensed Psychologist at Alluma, you will play an essential role in identifying psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This position works in a clinic environment with other mental health professionals and a diverse client population, including individuals, families, and groups. You'll have the flexibility to shape your caseload to include psychotherapy, psychological testing, or a combination, depending on your interests and competencies.

Requirements

Doctorate degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and completion of Pre-doctoral Clinical Internship.
Licensed (or licensable) as a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota.
1+ year of relevant experience; experience in community mental health setting is preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check and possess a valid driver's license.
demonstrated ability to function within legal and ethical boundaries consistent with the scope of personal practice or personal licensure, HIPAA guidelines, and other local, state, or federal regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, group therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
Provide individual, group and family therapy to address a variety of psychological concerns.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients.
Assess and modify treatment plans as needed, responding to challenging circumstances and crises with appropriate interventions.
Document and maintain detailed client records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
May provide clinical supervision.
Engage in community education and prevention services as needed.
