Requirements

  • Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, School, or Counseling Psychology
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland
  • 1–3 years of supervised professional experience working with children and adolescents
  • Training in evidence-based treatments for youth
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Availability for evenings or weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with psychological testing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children and adolescents
  • Provide short- to medium-term psychotherapy for concerns such as: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Executive functioning challenges, and Adjustment difficulties
  • Deliver brief behavioral health consultations and parent coaching
  • Collaborate regularly with pediatricians and medical providers to coordinate care
  • Develop clear, practical treatment recommendations for families and referring providers
  • Maintain timely documentation in an electronic health record
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations
