About The Position

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is a thriving, mission-driven private group practice dedicated to accessible, high-quality, and culturally responsive care across the DMV region. They are a growing multidisciplinary practice seeking licensed clinicians to expand their team, offering a broad range of services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological testing for clients of all ages. With both in-person and telehealth options, CCCC provides flexible, accessible care to meet diverse client needs. The practice offers part-time and full-time roles with options for in-person, remote, or hybrid work, allowing clinicians to build a caseload that suits their availability, professional goals, and lifestyle. CCCC provides comprehensive administrative and billing support, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and credentialing, competitive reimbursement rates, and a robust referral system. Clinicians benefit from a collegial, multicultural, and growth-oriented environment with weekly peer consultation groups, supervision opportunities, and teaching/training roles. Requirements

  • Must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland
  • Must be local
  • Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Desired experience 1-3 years

Nice To Haves

  • Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions
  • Priority consideration given to clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations
  • Experience working with range of diverse clientele
  • Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Focus entirely on clinical work
