Requirements

Possess a doctoral degree(PhD/PsyD) in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or school psychology with a track record in providing in psychological assessment.
Maintain current licensure via the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP)/Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (TBHEC)
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued, enhancing communication and care.
At least five (5) years of employment as a psychologist with training across a wide range of assessments/testing batteries.
Exhibit cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written, and possess robust organizational abilities.
Successfully pass a criminal background check, ensuring a safe and trusted healthcare environment.

Nice To Haves

Preferred candidates will have at least two years of assessment experience.
Early career candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, deliver written reports ,and provision of feedback sessions to patients and caregivers.
Adhere to c clinical practice policies and join dynamic case conference meetings to enhance treatment plans.
Collaboration and participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team with clinicians including pediatricians, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, therapist, , and social worker to orchestrate a holistic treatment approach.
Engage in professional development through trainings and workshops in addition to completion of Continuing Education requirements.
Evaluation conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), cognitive evaluations, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) across diverse patient populations.
Administer psychological testing for both children and adults using in person and telehealth methodologies.
Provide evidence based psychotherapy and interventions tailored to mental health diagnoses.
Contribute to multidisciplinary team conferences, championing a safe and inclusive environment for all.
