Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology; forensic specialization preferred.
  • Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 5 years of forensic behavioral health experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience conducting evaluations required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with compliance, EHR systems, data analysis, and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of forensic psychology professionals.
  • Manage program operations, including workflow, compliance, budgeting, staffing, and overall service quality.
  • Ensure high‑quality forensic services, including timely evaluations, psychological assessments, and adherence to clinical best practices.
  • Develop and implement program policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives to support effectiveness and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with justice and behavioral health agencies to coordinate service delivery and advance diversion efforts.
