As a Licensed Psychologist with a focus on neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological issues, you will independently provide professional healthcare services, including autism testing for children and adults, neuropsychology testing, and interpreting the Rorschach Performance Assessment System. You will conduct assessment and treatment for patients with autism, ADHD, traumatic brain injuries, seizures, dementia, and related diagnoses, offering individual, family, and group therapy. significant portion of your time will be dedicated to evaluating commercially insured neuropsychology patients, writing and finalizing patient notes and evaluation reports, and reviewing/approving tests administered by non-licensed providers. Requirements

  • Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Must possess a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in the State of Missouri.
  • Demonstrated ability in administering and scoring tests for children and adults.
  • Must possess a current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Independently provide professional healthcare services with a focus on neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological issues.
  • Conduct autism testing for children and adults, neuropsychology testing, and interpret the Rorschach Performance Assessment System.
  • Perform assessment and treatment for patients with autism, ADHD, traumatic brain injuries, seizures, dementia, and related diagnoses.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to support patient well-being and recovery.
  • Evaluate commercially insured neuropsychology patients and generate comprehensive patient notes and evaluation reports.
  • Review and approve neuropsychology and autism tests administered and scored by non-licensed providers.
  • Proactively coordinate with support services teams to manage client appointments and minimize cancellations.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, adheres to best practices, and is submitted within established timeframes.
  • Participate in or coordinate emergency services to provide rapid aid in crisis situations.
  • Educate the community through public forums to promote understanding of mental health and enhance community response.
