Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Arlington, TX. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week . We’re especially interested in: Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support) Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
  • Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
  • Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
  • Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
  • Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
