About The Position

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological testing, evaluation, psychotherapy, and counseling to clients or inmates.
• Conduct clinical assessments of youth, gathering biological, psychological, and social histories.
• Administer psychological screening and assessment instruments, score assessments, and synthesize data.
• Create professional psychological reports based on assessment findings.
• Consult with agency staff and community stakeholders regarding youth services and interventions.
• Develop presentations or training programs on youth mental health topics for various audiences.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate program services as needed.
• Participate in committees and workgroups to assess service delivery needs and develop policies.
• Write and administer grants, prepare documentation for budget development, and monitor expenditures.
• Participate in accrediting and quality review programs.
