About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Prosthetist / Orthotist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered prosthetic and orthotic care. This role focuses on clinical evaluation, custom device design and fitting, and ongoing follow-up to enhance mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Requirements

• Licensed Prosthetist / Orthotist in New Jersey
• Certification through ABC or BOC
• Experience in clinical prosthetics and orthotics preferred
• Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-focused care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized prosthetic and orthotic treatment plans
• Design, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on device use, care, and maintenance
• Monitor patient progress and implement necessary modifications
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and safety standards
