Requirements

• Active Wisconsin license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and document diagnoses
• Maintain treatment plans and progress notes
• Participate in consults and clinical meetings
• Follow privacy and safety procedures
