About The Position

This position is designed for a Licensed Professional Counselor who values predictable hours and focused client care. You’ll work with adults managing anxiety, mood disorders, and life stressors through scheduled virtual sessions, using evidence-based approaches and consistent documentation practices.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake sessions and ongoing therapy appointments
• Apply therapeutic techniques aligned with client needs
• Monitor progress and revise treatment plans as needed
• Complete session notes in a timely manner
• Follow Tennessee ethical and practice standards
