Requirements

• Active Michigan LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
• Strong organization and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Complete intake assessments and establish treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Evaluate client progress and adjust care plans
• Adhere to Michigan licensing and professional standards
