About The Position

Responsibilities: - Provide individual therapy for children of all ages, utlizing play therapy methods when appropriate. -Provide couples counseling sessions. - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to help clients achieve their goals - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation through our practice EHR software - Stay informed about current trends and developments in the field of behavioral health -Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and supervision. Experience: - Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LMFT, or LCSW, LSW - Experience in couples counseling/marriage counseling - Knowledge of pediatric counseling techniques you and strategies such as play therapy - Proficiency in conducting child and family counseling sessions - Enjoy being a part of a cohesive team of like minded clinicians; enjoy collaboration with staff, and being an active member of our positive workplace culture. -Willingness to see a minimum of 25-28 clients per week. Working until 7pm at least three evenings per week is essential.
